Most people on will attempt to take on the new years resolution of eating healthier and trying to lose weight but are not sure how to go about doing so and give up quickly. Well the library is here to help with that with a program on January 17th at 6PM.
Kathy Wespiser will be presenting tips and tricks of how to eat healthier along with cooking diet foods to get your new year off to a good start.
Examples will be brought to try out.
