Worch Library Reaching Out to Patrons
Worch Library wants to make sure the community is aware of all the great things happening at the library each month. From story times for the children to the adults that want to learn how to make bread.
To do this, the library is now sending out the monthly newsletter via email. Patrons that have included their email addresses with their account information can receive the newsletter through their email. Also available via email are program updates.
If you are interested in having these services available to you, just let one of the staff know and your name will be included on the list. You may have been asked to be placed on the email list when updating your card.
The library will not pull email addresses from accounts to send this information. The service is only for those which request it or agree to the distribution.

Quest for COOL Libraries
Consortium of Ohio Libraries (COOL) is comprised of independent libraries that are striving to provide high-quality library services while being more efficient and prudent with diminishing public resources.
Worch Memorial Public Library is partnering with other COOL (Consortium of Ohio Libraries) libraries to host the Quest for COOL Libraries.
The quest kicks off on Friday, November 1, and continues to January 10, 2020. Stop into any of the COOL libraries to pick up a passport and a map, and start checking out books at any of the 12 libraries.
This event will take you across Ohio to check out books and explore the other 12 COOL libraries. All books checked out can be returned any of the COOL libraries including your home library.
Each library will have a separate raffle for patrons who visit. There will also be a grand prize drawing for patrons who visit libraries both within their home group as well as outside their group.
"To build up a library is to create a life. It’s never just a random collection of books."
